Interpreting Results
- Trusting (9): The organization prefers relationships over tasks, indicating strong interpersonal trust, which is very important for team cohesion and collaboration.
- Persuading (7): Evidence-based decision-making would lead to logical and informed actions that can be helpful in gaining credibility and achieving results.
- Disagreeing (1): This score is very low, and it indicates that conflict is avoided. This does not allow open discussions; innovative ideas do not surface, and the problems are left unresolved.
- Communicating (2): The simplicity and directness of this communication style are not sophisticated enough to share complex ideas or nuanced feedback.
- Evaluating (3): Delivery of feedback is a challenge, perceived as negative, which discourages improvement and encourages defensiveness.
- Leading (4): Hierarchical leadership centralizes decision-making, which may stifle creativity, autonomy, and engagement among team members.
- It tends to avoid conflict and suppress open communication and rely on top-down leadership, which affects the ability of the organization to innovate, adapt, and grow.
