Interpreting Results

  1. The IT Manager communication approach is direct and has no provision for feedback so it is hard to tell whether the message has been understood or problems have arisen.
  2. The more general employee communications are ongoing as in monthly email. A means of feedback helps with tracking of effectiveness.
  3. IT Manager: Develop a feedback mechanism - follow up meeting or survey-to check that understanding has occurred and progress has been made.
  4. For Employees: Relying only on emails may not be sufficient. Consider additional channels like training sessions, webinars, or FAQs to ensure better engagement.
  5. The Project Manager is responsible for IT Managers, which makes sense as they directly oversee software development.
  6. The CEO communicates with all employees, indicating top-level leadership involvement.
  7. IT Managers receive one-on-one communication, ensuring direct and personalized discussion.
  8. All Employees receive information via email, a broader and less interactive approach.
  9. IT Managers receive information once (one-time communication).
  10. All Employees receive monthly emails, ensuring continuous engagement and reinforcement.
