Interpreting Results

Adherence to Schedule: The grid can be used to assess how well the LSW schedule is being followed. Consistent green cells would indicate good adherence, while red cells would highlight missed activities or gaps.

Identifying Issues: The "Gap" column and the grid can help identify recurring issues or areas where improvement is needed. For example, if a particular activity is consistently marked as "No" or "Gap," it might indicate a need for better training, resources, or process adjustments.

Tracking Progress: The LSW can be used to track progress over time. By comparing data from different periods, you can see if improvements are being made in terms of schedule adherence and issue resolution.
