Interpreting Results

Balanced Distribution:
The workload is evenly distributed among resources.
No single resource is burdened with all tasks.

Clear Accountability:
Every task has only one Accountable person to avoid confusion.
This ensures that the work is done effectively.

Sufficient Consultation & Information Flow:
Some tasks require Consulted (C) and Informed (I) roles.
This aids in making better decisions without overburdening the resources.

Possible Improvement Areas:
Resource 4 is Informed in only two tasks. Engage them more.
Avoid overlapping of Responsible and Accountable roles too much.
