Software Requirements

We recommend using Sigma Magic with versions of Excel 2013 or later. Note that web versions of Excel don't have the requisite functionality and Sigma Magic won't work with them. 

You only need PowerPoint if you want to export the analysis you generate within Microsoft Excel into a presentation. You need the PDF viewer if you want to convert the analysis into a printable format. Otherwise, these tools are not mandatory.

You only need the R software if you are using the Analytics functionality. For the remaining modules—Lean, Stats, Change, Projects, and Graphs —you don't need the R software.
