Interpretation of Resulst

  1. The person probably will do well in more action-oriented external network building roles, resource gathering, and practical implementation compared to more rigidly creative or analytical tasks.
  2. They are action-oriented and do well in getting things done efficiently while also being good at exploring opportunities.
  3. However, they will likely fail to develop deep critical analysis (Monitor Evaluator) or innovative idea generation (Plant).
  4. Teamwork and emotional intelligence (Team Worker) may not be their strengths, so they might prefer structured tasks over maintaining harmony in a team.
  5. Resource Investigator. This is the highest score role, which explains that the individual is very proficient in exploring new opportunities, networking, and bringing outside ideas into the team.
  6. Implementer: This role also has a high score, which suggests strong execution skills, discipline, and reliability in turning ideas into action.
  7. Coordinator, Shaper, and Completer Finisher have average scores, which means the person has some level of leadership, goal-setting, and attention to detail but is not dominant in these areas.
  8. Monitor Evaluator and Team Worker have relatively lower scores, indicating lesser focus on analytical decision-making or team harmony.
  9. Plant has one of the lowest scores, indicating that creative problem-solving and innovation might not be a strength for this person.
