Analysis Summary

Analysis Summary

You can view a summary of all the analysis performed in your workbook by clicking on the Summary button on the main menu bar.

An example output of the summary page is shown below:

The summary sheet contains the following columns:
  1. A brief description of the analysis. You can edit this description to provide a short one-line description of the analysis performed. To update the description, you can select the row and click on the Rename button on the main menu bar.
  2. The worksheet link. You can click on this link to go to that worksheet. Once on the analysis worksheet, you can click on Analysis Setup to view the options used for the analysis or view the session and graph output of that analysis.
  3. The status shows the state of the analysis. OK implies the analysis was successfully completed. The other states could be work-in-process, new, error, or if the analysis requires an update as the data has been changed.
  4. The version number of the Sigma Magic software used to generate the analysis.
  5. The data and time the analysis was completed.
When on this sheet, click on the Analysis Setup button to open the following dialog box:

This dialog box shows that there are 8 analysis that require an update - this could be either due to changes in the data or if a new version of the software is available. You can click on the update button to update all the analysis. If any analysis is incomplete, you can delete that worksheet from your project.

Notes
Note that using this option, you can update the entire workbook/project in one click and you don't have to go through each analysis to update them.
