Duplicate Analysis

Duplicate Analysis

Sometimes, we want to perform minor changes to an analysis to see the impact of the change on the analysis results. You don't have to re-do all the steps of adding a new analysis tool, specifying the data and analysis options etc. in order to do this. A quick way to perform the what-if analysis is to duplicate an existing analysis and then make changes to the settings.

In order to do this select the worksheet that you want to duplicate and then click on the Duplicate button on the main menu bar.

Let's say we have a box plot of AG Data shown below. We want to perform the same analysis but add Shift as the categorical variable for this analysis.

In order to do this, you can duplicate this worksheet and then click on Data tab and then specify the Shift variable.

Clicking on the OK button will generate the new analysis as shown below.

Notes
The Duplicate button can be used to quickly duplicate an existing analysis. It will copy the entire analysis and all your setup options. You just need to make minor changes and then click on the OK button to generate/update analysis results.
